She was predeceased by: her parents, Sara Elizabeth (Gingrich) and Claude Kegarise Snider; her husband Charles Hollis Koontz; and her brothers, H. David Snider and R. Wayne Snider.
She is survived by: her sons, David (Linda) of Winona Lake, Doug of Warsaw and Steve (Christine) of Winona Lake, Indiana.; and her grandchildren, Ashley Miller (John), Beth, Kate, Scott and Michael Koontz.
