She is survived by: her children, Dawn, David, Kevin, Kelly and Patrick; her grandchildren, Courtney Mann (Kory) of Yulee, FL, Christopher Ybarra (Melody) of Converse, IN, Brooke Ebel of Van Wert, OH and Adam Calvelage of Warsaw; and her great grandchildren, Derek, Danica Mann, Brenley Davis, Owen Ebel, Cheyanne Faith, Isabella Rose, Malachi Joseph, Isaiah James Ybarra and Keller Calvelage.
