He was predeceased by: his mother Ruby Lee Neal (Sullivan). He is survived by: his father Wilmoth Dewroy; his brother Joshua Neal; his wife Sandra Neal (Ellis); his children, Cory Neal and Terra Mendyke (Tyler); his stepchildren, Angel Hester, Tamra Peck and Jeramiah Vance; his siblings, Tom Neal (Paula), John Neal (Pam), Mary Coan (Dave) and Sharon Neal; and also Joseph Vance. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven step grandchildren, and two great step grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Terry's honor can be made to the funeral home to offset funeral expenses.
