He is survived by: his wife Maxine (Garrett); his children, Mary Ann Passmore (Tim) of Winchester and Steve Sterling of Winchester; his grandchildren, Ben Passmore (Miranda) of Winchester and Lexi Woods (Jake) of Knoxville, Tennessee; and his great grandchildren, Delaney, Mosley, Emmalyn Passmore of Winchester and Archie Woods of Knoxville, Tennessee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
