He is survived by: his wife Rose Mayfield; his children, Michelle Lee (Todd) and Brian Ertel (Lori); his granddaughter Gracie Lee; his stepgrandchildren, Shawn Ozbun (Melia), Sami Wilt and Chuckie Lee (Berlandie); his stepgreat-grandsons, Landrick, Pierson and Reid Lee; his siblings-in-law, Betty Oswalt (Bill), Linda Wood (Joe), Travis Mayfield (Patti), Gene Mayfield (Velia) and Mike Mayfield; his nieces and nephews, Cheryl Ertel Taylor, Bobbie Ertel Byrum, Darla, Karla Mayfield, Randy, Lance Mayfield, Matt, Tommy Oswalt, Tyson and Eric Wood; his cousin David Foster; his stepgrandsons, Derrick Lee and Toby Wilt; and his nieces and nephews, David Ertel, Ernie Ertel Jr., Blake Mayfield, Cindy Ertel Winkler, Teresa Ertel Mills and Marta Tice.
