He is survived by: his sisters, Karen Dowler (Jerry) of Winchester and Deb Resler (Richard) of Winchester; his children, Jessica Smith Burris, Joshua Smith (Amy), Allen Segraves, Raymey Smith, Dusty Ackman and Sarah Runkel; and his fiancée Vicki Hall. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
