He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Beer and Lulu Beer (Dumbauld); his siblings, John Beer, Ruth Baker, Ruby Overholt and Betty Brunson; and his children, Jay, Randall and Linda Beer.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Beer; his sons, Alan Beer of Winchester, Gerry Beer of Winchester, Dan Beer of Muncie and Eric Beer of Winchester; his grandchildren, Brooke Wieseke (Ian), Nicole Hoover (Adam), Krystal McConnell (Mike) and Randall Beer (Samantha); and his great grandchildren, Xander, Zoey, Owen, Sutton, Tiberius and Grayson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
