She is survived by: her father Lester Puckett; her husband Thomas Jay Folkner; her children, Delonna Puckett, Michael Clever (Alisha Suddarth) and Tyler Folkner; and her siblings, Alan Green, Ted Green, Tim Green (Margaret) and Penny Hollars. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
