He is survived by: his children, Chris Rector (Angela) of Winchester, Karla Moore (Gregg) of Hagerstown, Chad Rector (Jaime) of Losantville and Veronicka Heitkamp (Andrew) of Richmond; his brother Steve Rector (Vicky) of Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Blake Moore, Dylan Moore, Sydney Rector, Taylor Rector, Morgan Rector, Jack Rector and RaeLynn Heitkamp.
