He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Cline and Delma Cline (Phillips); and his siblings, Kelly Meadows, Waneta Bowman, Anna Mae Watson, Ronald Ray Cline and Linda Duncan.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Cline; his children, Robbie Lee Cline, Ashlie Lee Ann Cline, Sarah Jane Franklin (Daniel), Amber Nicole Clark and Shannon Holder (Eric); his grandchildren, Quentin Cline, Adrian Cline, Xavier Trausch, Zaylie Patterson, Dakota Coil, Gage Chapman, Damon Chapman, Savannah Chapman, Caleb Michael Holder and Tristan Holder; his great grandchild Remi Coil; his brothers, Jack Cline (Sandy) and Larry Cline (Beth); and his close friend Dan "Boone" Monroe (Connie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
