He is survived by: his daughter Marcia Shook; his granddaughters, Gabrielle Decker (Bill) and Amanda Shook; his great grandchildren, Alice Gibson, Sebastian Barret, Brodie Decker and Eloise Decker; and his siblings, David Barnes and Mary Lawhorn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
