With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Lloyd Sanders of Winchester, Indiana, born in Muncie, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 12, 2024 at the age of 48. He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Lee Sanders and Beth Ellen Delk (Wynn); and his siblings, Heather Sanders and Rex Collins Delk. He is survived by: his wife Billie Holaday Sanders; his children, Amanda Engle (Chris), Abbey Farrington (Jake), Jonathan Dillon and Joseph Loudy; his grandchildren, Kitsey Jo Engle, Aubriella Dillon, Demetri Sanders (Max) and Sadie Engle; and his siblings, Stephanie Denney (Aron), James Sanders, Brian Allen and Chad Allen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 300 E South St, Winchester, IN 47394. A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Rick Sanders Memorial Fund and sent to Crossroads Credit Union Located in Winchester or Portland.
