She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Rutledge and Icie Rutledge (Hudnall); her son Tony VanNote; and her siblings, Oshel, Andy, Richard, Runa Mae Turner, Nettie Sheldon, Judith Davis, Betty and Ferrell.
She is survived by: her husband Mike; her son Jerry VanNote (Darla) of Winchester, IN; her brother Jimmy Rutledge (Evelyn) of Farmland, IN; her grandchildren, Shawn Urick (Dustin), Rocky VanNote (Mandy), Adam VanNote (Erica), Nicole Tam (Matt) and Tosha VanNote (Chris Fischer); and her brother-in-law David Nelson (Theresa). She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
