He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Toland and Mary Toland (Bennington); and his sister Mary Frances Humphrey. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Toland (Tobias) of Winchester; his children, Susan Halley (Jeff) of Fort Wayne and Michael Toland of Branson, MO; his brother William Toland (Barbara) of Winchester; and his grandsons, Andrei Michael Halley of San Antonio, TX and Artem David Halley of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
