He was predeceased by: his father David Miller. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Nick Miller and Katie Lash; his son-in-law John Lash; his granddaughters, Claire and Scarlett; his mother Helen Miller; and his sisters, Kim Freer (Dan), Lisa Hopkins (Dennis) and Jennifer King (Brad). He is also survived by in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Burial will be private on a future date. The family respectfully asks that, due to the large gathering, all in attendance wear masks to keep everyone safe.
