It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael L. Monk (Winchester, Indiana), who passed away on May 15, 2018, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Nolan and Marjorie Jean Herrold Monk; and his siblings, James Monk, Edward Monk, Dixie Fellers and Barbara Ralston.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Bothast Monk; his children, Jeremy Collings (Rhonda) of Theodore, AL, Ericka Kramer (David) of Ansonia, OH, Amanda Angel (Eugene) of Yorktown, IN, Michael Brandon Monk of Winchester, IN, Misty Mote (Keith) of Yorktown, IN and Sarah Brooke Monk of Winchester, IN; his grandchildren, Jacob Collings, Denise Kramer, Ashley Stonerock (Anthony), Kristen Evans (Kyle), Lindsay Kramer, Kari Holmes (Kent), Abigail Kramer, Kela Monk, Jakob Wood, Joshua Wood, Sam Mote, Dane Michael Monk and Aubree Caldwell Monk; his siblings, Linda Shaneyfelt of Winchester, IN, Kim Tulk of Barnsdall, OK and Jackie Monk of Skiatook, OK; and his close friends, Mike Curless, Craig McCoy and Danny Thomas (Wynn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
