She was predeceased by: her parents, James Spade and Martha Spade (Zook); her husband Herbert James; and her brothers, Jimmy and Doug Spade.
She is survived by: her daughter Marti Stump (Greg); her grandchildren, Draven James, Shelby Conatser (Jake), Camdyn and Jazlyn; her stepmother Freda Spade; and her sister Darla Hamm.
