She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas V. Mills and Doris A. Mills (Sickels); and her siblings-in-law, Phillip L. Holliday and Carla J. Keys. She is survived by: her husband Jan R. Keys; her daughter Shanna D. Hogg (Charlie Welch); her grandchildren, Savannah and Jacob Hogg; her sisters, Carlyn A. Holliday and Janice A Powers (Thom); and her sister-in-law Bonnie Eppert (Paul). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family has elected private services due to Covid-19 concerns.
