She was predeceased by: her husband Perry Fields (Gene); her daughter-in-law Laura Fields; and her sister Mary Stein. She is survived by: her children, Gary Fields of Rowlett, TX, Linda Whitenack (Les) of Ridgeville, IN, Sandy Madden (Mike) of Winchester and Penny Beaty of Winchester; and her brother Ray Thompson of Burnside, KY. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
