He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Lewis and Martha Lewis (Albertson); his sons, Robert Lewis, Randy Lewis and Aaron Lewis; his grandson Matthew Lewis; and his siblings, Cleo, Victor Lewis, Verlin Lewis, Leary Lewis, Mae Engle, Leota Burrows, Alice Harshman, Vivian Rosell and Victoria Coffin.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Lewis (Henizer); his children, Cheryl Marcum of Union City, IN, Scott Chadwick of Winchester, Moneta Brown (Larry) of Middletown, IN, Melinda Cowan of New Castle, IN and Leo Lewis II (Laura) of Fountain City, IN; his grandchildren, Joshua Prince, Kyle Chadwick, Sam Lewis, Henry Lewis, William Lewis, Ashley Shafer and Amber Cowan; and his sister Rachel Brouse of Morehouse, KY.. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
