It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnnie C Blackburn of Winchester, Indiana, born in Clinton, Kentucky, who passed away on August 15, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Blackburn; and his daughters, Berniece Harrison (Ray) and Patti Davis (Fred). He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, 13 Great-Grandchildren and 9 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
