He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Sprinkle and Golden Sprinkle; and his wife Ovidene Sprinkle. He is survived by: his daughter Sue Tarter; his granddaughters, Melissa (Brian) and Katie; his great grandchildren, Jayda, Donovan, Mea, Sunna, Deacon, Dylan, Mary Jane, Hunter, Carly, Parker, Kenslee and Kaydance; his daughter Joann Stuckey; his grandchildren, Jeremy (Michelle) and Nicole (Jason); his great grandchildren, Jordan Mickayla (Lydia), Landyn, Layne, Kynslee, Ethan and Trevor; and his children, Joe Sprinkle, Jr., Cheyenne, Alexis, Pat Janke (Scott), Mary Sprinkle and Christopher Sprinkle. He is also survived by his 6 children, 8 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren, as well as several step children and step grandchildren.
