He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Lee and Dora Lee (Bullard); his wife Anna Marie Holt; and his sister Mable Harlan. He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Frey (Thomas) of Crossville, TN, Kathy Cox of Winchester and Tammy Osborne (Brian) of Sheridan, IN; and his siblings, Fonzie Guffey and Freddie Lee. He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
