He is survived by: his father Norman Wiggans; his stepmother Carol Wiggans of Winchester; his brothers, Dwayne Wiggans (Kathleen) and Brian Wiggans; his aunt Dr. Betty Pogue Hadley (Joe); and his uncle Harry Thomas Wiggans. He is also survived by 1 niece and 4 nephews.
