She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen K. Fraze and Bernice Fraze (Vanderburg); her husband Wayne E. Sipe; her sisters, Betty Metzger and Helen Rowles; and her son-in-law Butch Mullen.

She is survived by: her children, Pamela J. Mullen of Winchester, Vicki L. Grace of Bluffton and Mike W. Sipe (Roberta) of Indianapolis; her brother Kenneth L. Fraze (Leslie) of Inverness, FL; and her grandchildren, Kim Williams (Chad), Brad Mullen, Jennifer Sipe, Ryan Sipe (Brooke), Jessica Yates (Brad) and Andrew Grace. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
