He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Howell and Dorothy Howell; and his wife Marilyn Haisley. He is survived by: his sons, Greg Howell (Beth) of Columbus, IN, Brad Howell (Teresa) of Winchester and Brent Howell (Tish) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Amy Howell (Terry), Brian Howell (Tara), Kori Moyer (Corby), Stacy Passarella (Chris), Jonas Howell (Laura), Carissa Howell (Jesse Fosbrink), Katie Trotta (Evan) and Sarah Willis (Andy Hart); his great grandchildren, Demi, Paige, Ciera, Maycee, Walter, Addisyn, Raegan, Liam, Mason, Hailey, Harper, Ava, Connor, Finley, Landon and Mahala; and his siblings, Robert Howell (Betty) and Judy Lewis (Scott).
