He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Baldwin and Thelma Baldwin (Rowe); his granddaughter Lynn Baldwin; his siblings-in-law, Roy Haisley, Sr. and Marjorie Vaughn (Haisley); and his grandson Travis Hall.
He is survived by: his former wife Janice (Culy); his children, Deborah Turley (Phil), David Baldwin (Vickie) and Douglas Baldwin (Lisa); his stepchildren, Cynthia Lea (Jesse), Carey Hershberger (Karen) and Christina Hall (Todd Gullett); his brothers, Orla Baldwin (Linda), Keith Baldwin (Marilyn) and Marvin Baldwin (Marjorie); his brother-in-law Spencer Thornburg; his grandchildren, Jeremy Baldwin (Brittany), Dustin Baldwin (Carrie), Michael Baldwin (Crystal), Ashley Baldwin, Joshua Lea (Michelle), Lindsey Trobridge (Steven), Justin Hershberger (Erika), Heather Furey (Drew), Olivia Hershberger, Tylan Hall and Taylor Hall; and his great grandchildren, Cali, Cameron, Demi, Dane Baldwin, Brenna, Blaire Baldwin, Ava, Rosalee Baldwin, Karson Hall, Zander, Zavier, Anavah Hall, Gabi Edwards, Ellie Hall, Luke, Wyatt Hershberger, Charleigh, Teagan Lea and Maxx Trobridge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
