He is survived by: his wife Kathy Monroe; his children, William "Bill" Monroe (Kathie), Kim Monroe (Jane), James Monroe (Shirley), Bonnie Stewart (Jerry) and Becky Gomez (Jesus); his grandsons, Noah Monroe, Isaiah Monroe and Trevor Monroe; and his sisters, Evelyn Hitchens and Barb Crist (Jimmy).
