He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen B. Armstrong and Martha Harbour Armstrong; and his wife Louise G. Clements. He is survived by: his children, Linda Pegg and F. Scott Armstrong. He is also survived by granddaughter and a grandson; and 6 great grandchildren.
