He was predeceased by: his father Richard C. Pries; his brothers, Ron Pries and David Pries; and his grandparents, Clarence and Irene Pries.
He is survived by: his mother Carlene Bland (Elser-Landis) of Wabash; his wife Cindy Pries; his children, Brandon Pries of Indianapolis and Leslie Jones (Justin) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Rowan, Luke and Laney Jones; his brother Mike Pries of Berne; and his sister-in-law Sandy Pries of Lagro. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be made in Fred's memory to the East Street Church, 128 N. East St. Winchester, IN 47394.
