He is survived by: his wife Anne Lowe (Stewart); his son Eddie D. Lowe; his grandson Michael Lowe; his nieces, Susie Taylor and Joyce; and his siblings-in-law, Odell Thompson, Elbert Stewart and Marie Pheins.
