It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Faye K. (Ballard) Monroe (Winchester, Indiana), born in Fountain City, Indiana, who passed away on September 7, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Ballard and Frances Ballard (Johnson); and her son Richard Monroe. She is survived by: her husband John Monroe; and her daughters, Pamela Sue Litteral of Versailles, IN and Susan Kay Gage of Casselberry, FL. She is also survived by four grandchildren and one great grandchild; as well as, two brothers and five sisters.
