She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Collins and Flossie Collins; her siblings, Leverne, Harry Collins, Hazel Hudson and Joyce Collins; her son-in-law Mark Stevick; and her great grandchild Brandon Stevick.
She is survived by: her significant other Jerry Coblentz; her daughters, Patty Mikel (Randy) and Judy Stevick; her grandchildren, Tashena Lindsey, Travis Stevick (Miranda Wendell), Chanda Stevick Herinckx (Jeff), Mallory Mikel and Grant Mikel; her great grandchildren, Logan Jackson (Steven), Quentin Flynn (Maria), Maddie and Spencer Herinckx; her great great grandchildren, Brynleigh Jackson and Eli Mark Flynn; her brother David Collins (Della); and her siblings-in-law, Danny Hudson and Lunette Collins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
