He was predeceased by: his father William L. Stipp. He is survived by: his children, Brody Stipp, Liza Yates, Nicole Stipp, Whitney Stipp and Alexander Stipp; his mother Betty J. Stipp; his siblings, Deborah Betz (Chuck), Carolyn Briggs, Tim Stipp (Wilma) and Mark Stipp (Brenda); his significant other Penny Beaty; and his grandchildren, Jaylen Beaty and LouEtta Lea Beaty. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
