He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Spencer and Eugene Spencer; and his siblings, Ronald, Janet, Carol and Sharon (Deana).
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Spencer; his sister Joan King; his children, Josh Bruce Chaney (Emily), Bradley Keith Spencer, Donna Lynn Spencer, Britney LeAnn Spencer and Sydney Kristina Spencer; his stepson Kyle Reser; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Sean, Jaymison, Jacob, Jullieahna, Gabriel and Charlotte. He is also survived by many loving in-laws, niece and nephews, cousins, and longtime friends.
His values, knowledge, and guidance were the foundation of his family which will continue on with each generation after him.
