He is survived by: his children, David Caldwell, Jr. (Tammy) and Cheyenne Caldwell; the mother of his children Diane Caldwell; his siblings, Chris Caldwell and Angie Timmons; his stepbrother William "Billy" Cox; his stepchildren, Chris Young and Jessica Hawley (Phillip); his grandchildren, Aiden and Maeson; and his stepgrandchildren, Jillian, Pippa, Terrance and Aaliyah. He is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.
