He is survived by: his pet Olivia; his girlfriend Dolly Draper of LaGrange, IN; his children, Chris Smith (Kim) of Albany, KY, Brian Smith of Topeka, IN, Brittany Doss (Dustin) of Winchester, IN, Blaine Smith of Richmond, IN and Gage Smith of Richmond, IN; his daughter-in-law Jamie Smith of Union City, IN; his stepchildren, Hayley Wolcott (Jarrod) of Orland, IN and Ben Altine (Leslie) of Burr Oak, MI; and his siblings, Deb Resler (Richard) of Winchester, IN, Karen Dowler (Jerry) of Winchester, IN and Tim Smith of Union City, IN. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
