She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joshua Clouse; her children, Jordan Smith (Katlynn), Levi and Lydia Clouse; her parents, Fred Hoffman (Linda) and Deborah Bennett (Charlie); her siblings, Jim Hoffman (Natalie) and Chrissy Berry (Jeff); her nieces and nephews, Erika St (Lukas), Kendra, Makenzi Berry, Logan Melton (Ashlynn Williams), Zaylee and Devin Loudy (Miah Patterson); her grandparents, Bill, Leah Hoffman, Jim and Betty Stump; her aunt Karen Smith; and her uncle Stu Smith. She was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers and gifts memorial contributions may be made at Old National Bank in memory of Candice for the benefit of Levi and Lydia Clouse.
