He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Margaret Goforth and Lloyd Ashely. He is survived by: his parents, Jessica Goforth (Tony Roosa) and Travis Goforth (Shelby Leivas); his sisters, Brooklyn and Jacklyn Goforth; his aunt Lori Retz; his uncle Brian Retz; his grandparents, Judy Retz, Bob and Brenda Goforth; and his great-grandparent Betty Ashley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
