She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Kiser and Marjorie Kiser (Booher); her grandparents, Ervin and Alta Kiser (Collins); her parents-in-law, Robert and Velma Manning (Minger); and her brothers-in-law, Eurby Grubbs and Steve Manning.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby Manning of Winchester; her children, Jamie Banks (Barry) of Muncie, Krisa Deboy (Randy) of Winchester, Lanie Manning of Muncie and Jason Manning (Heather) of Union City, OH.; her grandchildren, Chelsea Watters (Brian) of Noblesville, Hunter Banks (Lexa Inkley) of Maui, HI, Lane Manning of Union City, OH, Shelby Howe (Ethan) of New Enterprise, PA, Tristan Erwin (Taylor Prescott) of Lynn, Colby Manning of Union City, OH. and Brennan Manning of Union City, OH.; her great grandchildren, Avery Watters, Merit Watters and Ellie Howe; her brother Gary Kiser (Krista) of Winchester; and her in-laws, Jerry Manning Winchester (Amber), Debbie Grubbs Winchester (Manning), Mark Manning Auburn (Mary) and Debra Manning Lawrenceburg. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
