He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Victor Cox and Mabel E. Cox (Austin); his former wife Rosalyn Dwiggins; his sister Rowena Hawley; his daughter Pamela Eley (David); his stepdaughter Laura Fields (Gary); and his grandsons, Benjamin and Samuel Eley.
He is survived by: his wife Letha Cox (Knoll); his children, David Cox (Jane Snyder), Amy Retz (Terry), Aaron Cox (JoAnn Hiponia), Karen Walker (Lonnie), Grayson Cox (Sherry Cummings) and Jennifer Baldwin (Jay); and his stepdaughters, Rhonda Resler (Darl) and Deborah Garrett (John). He is also survived by twenty-seven grandchildren, forty-three great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at 124 E Washington St, Winchester, IN 47394.
