He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Kelly and Sandra Kelly (Jim Shaffer); his son Avan Kelly; and his siblings, Alydra Kanopik (Karel), Amber Kelly, Ashley Ibrahim (Sulfi), Amy Kelly (Clint Hummel), Adam Kelly (Heather Campbell) and Jeremy Boles. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to help with the funeral expenses.
