She was predeceased by: her father George Malott; and her grandparents, Alfred, Rosie Reinholt, George and Martha Malott.
She is survived by: her mother Betty Malott (Reinholt) of Winamac; her husband Eric Galbreath of Winamac; her children, Nichole Hawkins (Noah) of Linton, Ryan Galbreath (Holly) of Winamac and Whitney Minnick (Kyle) of Winamac; her brothers, Randy Malott (Rhonda) of Star City and Gregg Malott (Kris) of Winamac; and her grandchildren, Cambry, Bryant, Reece, Rory and Margo.
