With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rose A. Korner of Winamac, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on July 15, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Storzek and Helen Storzek (Winiarz); her former husbands, D. Richard Newman and Robert C. Korner; and her sister Lottie Chytla.
She is survived by: her children, David Newman (Jean) of Winamac, Alan Newman of Winamac, Sharon McKinley (Douglas) of Winamac and Linda Webb (Bill) of Winamac; her stepdaughters, Sherry Stout (Mark) of Star City and Kathy Good (Kirk) of Tyler; her grandchildren, Joshua Newman (Robyn) of Cleveland, Blake Newman of Winamac, Abby Anspach (Luke) of Star City, Emily Newman of Indianapolis, Ashley Diveley (John) of Star City, Brooke Browning (David) of Star City, Chelsea Maxwell (Clint) of Carmel, Cody McKinley (Stephanie) of West Point, Aaron McKinley (Amber) of Winamac, Jake McKinley of Speedway, Joel Webb of Star City and Tucker Webb of Star City; her stepgrandchildren, Ryan Stout, Sean Stout and Carl Manikowski; and her pet Kitty. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
