He was predeceased by: his father Richard Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Becky Dilts of Winamac; his sons, Jason Dilts (Jen) of Liberty, MO, Jeremy Dilts of Winamac and Derrick Dilts (Emily) of West Lafayette, IN; his sisters, Mary Ann Carey (Daryl) of Plymouth, MI and Carolyn Hays (Larry) of Odessa, FL; and his sister-in-law Rita Layton (Ken) of LaPorte, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
