He was predeceased by: his parents, Ballard Howard and Dollie Howard-Frinkel (Lovely). He is survived by: his wife Connie Frinkel; and his sons, Lonnie Howard Jr., Ballard Howard and Shane Howard (Destany). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
