She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold B. Needham and Patricia Kay Needham (Goldman); her fiancé Curt Gouran; and her grandparents, William "Bill", Betty Gulas (Christman), Everett H. and Glen Lucille Goldman (Dildine).

She is survived by: her adoptive father Doug F. Haley of Winamac; and her siblings, Elizabeth M. Haley of Austin, Kari F. Haley of Chicago, Tiffany Crappo of Terre Haute, John C. Haley of Winamac and James A. C. Haley of Los Angeles, California. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
