She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bill Bailey and Loretta Bailey of Winamac, IN.; her husband Samuel Williams; her daughter Ginger Reames (Kelly) of Winamac, IN.; her brother Wilbur Bailey of North Judson, IN.; her great grandchildren, Waiting, Linda and Billie Bailey; and her brothers, Billy Ray Bailey and Clyde D. Bailey.
