James Shorter Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2020, at the age of 81, James Shorter of Winamac, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Shorter and Alvina Shorter (Shedrow) of Winamac; his brother Robert Shorter; and his grandchildren, Michael Shorter and Christi Hoffa.

He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Ezra of Winamac; his children, Amy Bailey (David) of Star City, Gregory Shorter (Tracey) of Winamac and Steven Shorter (Chris) of Winamac; and his brother Gerald Shorter (Pat) of Winamac. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to First Christian Church in Winamac.
