He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton Daniel and Golden Day Campbell (Martin); and his siblings, Leonard, Tommy, Bertha, Margaret and Joyce.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Fay Childers; and his children, Jeffrey Alan Campbell of LaPorte, Tommy Campbell of Grovertown, David Dwight Campbell (Denise) of Grovertown, Gary Dwain Campbell (Erlyn) of LaPorte, Lance Eric Campbell (Wendy) of Winamac, Carol Sue Geller of Grovertown, Susan Renee Campbell of LaPorte and Beth Ann Campbell of North Judson. He is also survived by his children, 26 grandchildren, and 24 great-grandchildren.
